2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Authentication

If you create an account: Email address and password (encrypted), or OAuth identifier (Google Sign-In), optional display name/avatar.
Payment information: If you purchase our premium analysis, our payment processor handles all payment details. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

2.2 Usage & Device Data

IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and basic analytics.
Used for security, preventing abuse, improving our service, and basic analytics. We do not use tracking for advertising or sell your data.

2.3 Photos & Analysis Results

Your photos: Uploaded photos are processed by our proprietary AI algorithms to analyze your face shape and generate personalized style recommendations.
Analysis results: Face shape analysis, style recommendations, and AI-generated visualization images.
Important: We do not use your individually identifiable photos to train AI models without your explicit consent. Your photos are used to provide you with your personalized analysis. We may use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data to improve our algorithms and service quality.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide the Service: Process your photos, generate your personalized analysis, and display your results.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Protect against abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
  • Improve Our Service: Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to enhance our algorithms and user experience. We may use de-identified data to improve our AI models and service quality.
  • Communications: Send account verification, password resets, important service updates, and occasional product announcements. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Payment Processing: Process your one-time payment for premium features (handled by our secure payment processor).

We do NOT: Sell your data or use your individually identifiable photos for advertising or AI training without your consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. We only share information with:

  • AI & Cloud Service Providers: Trusted partners who help us analyze your photos and store data securely (e.g., AI analysis providers, cloud storage). All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Payment Processor: Secure payment processing for your premium purchase (if applicable).
  • Email Service: Transactional and promotional emails (account verification, password resets, product updates). You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

Sharing Feature: If you choose to share your analysis results via a share link, anyone with that link can view your results (including your photo and analysis). Important: Only share links with people you trust. Once shared, we cannot control who accesses the link until you revoke it. You are responsible for managing your share links and can revoke them at any time from your account.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Guest Users (Not Logged In)

Your data is NOT stored permanently. When you close your browser, your photos and analysis results are discarded. We process your photo in real-time and do not retain it after you leave.

Technical Note: In rare cases, due to system caching or technical processes, some data may remain temporarily in our systems for up to 24 hours before being automatically deleted. This is a technical safeguard and does not affect our commitment to not storing guest user data.

Logged-In Users

Your data is saved to your account for convenient access. This includes:
• Your uploaded photos
• Your analysis results
• AI-generated images (if you purchased premium features)

Data Retention Period: Each analysis report is stored for 90 days from the date of creation. After 90 days, reports may be automatically deleted to manage storage and maintain service performance. We recommend saving important results by printing the page (Cmd/Ctrl + P) or taking screenshots for permanent offline storage.

You have full control: You can delete all your data at any time from your account settings. Once deleted, your photos and analysis results are permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.

Payment Records

If you purchase our premium analysis, we retain basic transaction records (transaction ID, amount, date) for financial auditing and dispute resolution. These records do NOT include your photos or analysis results.

Shared Analyses

If you share your analysis via a share link, the link remains active until you revoke it or delete your analysis. Revoking a share link makes it immediately inaccessible.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to provide and improve our Service. These help us remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use our Service.

What We Use

The analysis results, including golden ratio analysis, symmetry analysis, and styling recommendations, are NOT medical advice, cosmetic surgery recommendations, dermatological advice, or professional beauty consultation.

Not Professional Advice: Our Service does NOT provide professional advice for:

  • Cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, or any medical procedures
  • Dermatological treatments or skin care medical advice
  • Orthodontic or dental procedures
  • Medical aesthetics or injectable treatments (Botox, fillers, etc.)
  • Any health-related or medical decisions

Our analysis is limited to non-medical beauty and style recommendations such as hairstyles, makeup suggestions, and general styling guidance. These are subjective aesthetic opinions generated by AI algorithms, not professional consultations.

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our Service, including but not limited to cosmetic procedures, medical treatments, styling choices, or personal decisions. Any actions you take based on our recommendations are at your own risk.

Prohibited Uses: You may NOT use this Service for: identity verification, employment screening, law enforcement, creating deepfakes or manipulated media, harassment or stalking, uploading photos of others without their consent, or any discriminatory or illegal purpose. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
